Originally Quinta da Ermida, the history of this place dates to the late 19th century. A house that has been passed down from generation to generation until it was left abandoned. Bought and renovated in the 2000s, it preserves the essence of the initial construction with meter-thick walls that breathe history. Our property is in Paços de Ferreira, Porto district, Portugal in a very quiet and residential area, perfect for quiet filming, but without giving up practicality. The region has several and different amenities close to the place. The house is composed of a basement, ground floor and 1st floor, where a small agricultural "museum" stands out, as well as a chapel on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there is a living room with a magnificent hand-painted ceiling, as well as a jacuzzi and an indoor heated pool.
